Preparing anti reflux milk on the go?? (I'm going to be trying hipp but I think all are the same)

Can anybody advise how id be able to make hipp AR on the go? I can't wait 45mins for a kettle to cool down etc in the middle of morrisons 😅 I presume these cannot be made in advance either so any tips on making the process easier at home are welcome

We are on Aptamil AR formula and we use the hot shot method. Were on 7oz bottles so do 60ml hot shot then add 150ml of cooled boiled water. I just take a flask out with me of hot water and then have the 150ml of cooled boiled water in empty bottles.

@Alice thanks so much lovely. Do you add the formula into the hot or into both? Xx

@Astra so I would add the 60ml of hot shot first, add the powder, shake it hard, add the cooled boiled water and then shake again. I then add just a few drops of Infacol in the bottle to get rid of the bubbles before baby drinks it. Apatamil AR you need to wait 5mins before giving to thicken, unsure if HIPP is the same or not but then all bubbles gone in that time! X

We are on SMA anti reflux and use the Nuby Rapid Cool when out and about, it’s a lifesaver! Cools boiled water in less than 2 mins

@Alice I didn't know you could put infracol into the milk that's cool

@Alice when at home do you store The cooled boiled water in the fridge??

We use the nuby flasks. One keeps the water hot and the other is a rapid cooler. This cools water down to safe drinking temperature in seconds. X

@Astra no I don’t I just leave it on the side in the bottle :)
