Antenatal swimming
Has anyone done any antenatal swimming classes anywhere? I was having a look and there doesn’t seem to be a lot on offer in Newcastle. Only ones I can see that look decent are the ones in Shiremoor so just wondering if anyone had any experiences of any?

Washington leisure centre have a free class every Friday 10am called Aqua bumps! It was fab
From June I think Cramlington are going to be running a midwife led aquanatal class. The paddle pod sessions are nice, it's just a quiet swim with other pregnant ladies x
