Asda George sizing
I’ve noticed Asda’s first size is up to 9lbs and the clothes look a little big compared to other brands. I’ve seen most newborn sizes are up to 7.5 lbs.
From experience can any mums tell me if the first size clothing from Asda fit their newborns that are born around 7lbs ?

Asda first size fit my daughter when she was a couple weeks old she was 6.1 lbs when she was born
My little girl was 6lb 4 and was a few weeks old when Asda first size fit. She’s 8 weeks now and only just grown out of them 🙈 I shrunk some sleepsuits and vests in the dryer so they fit her better
@Yasmin agreed. My first was 9lbs 1oz and asda was huge.
I thought this! I just washed all the newborn stuff and Asda looks massive compared to h+m for example. At least I've got options if he's chunky! 🤣
Asda comes up very big and that’s from somebody who birthed an 9lb 11oz baby. They always seem to be bigger than other brands x
