How often to give Tylenol &/or Motrin?

My girl will be 10 months as of this Friday, and she’s struggling terribly with teething these last few nights. Last night was the first time I tried Tylenol with her bedtime routine and she stayed asleep until around 5am. So tonight I did the same thing. I know it goes by weight, and she is 17lbs if not a bit more now. I gave her 1.25ml. (the lowest dose) How often can I give this to her if she wakes through the night? Or should I switch to Mortin instead as it’s better for inflammation? I appreciate all of the advice!!! Xxx

You can move up to 2.5mls for her weight, every 6 hours

Someone told me to get baby orajel and put it on their toothbrush because they will naturally put it right where their gums hurt. We tried it today with my boy

I would call your pediatrician (or the nurse line) and ask how much you are able to give. Mine just hit 18lbs but we've been at 2.5mls since like 15 if I remember correctly and that may help a little more as well. If I remember correctly I think you can alternate those two (don't quote me though). Definitely something to check with your pediatrician though as they're going to give you the most reliable information.

My baby is 10 months and we were told to give him 3.75 and rotate every 4-6 hours.

Check with your peds - Motrin works better like way better for my sons teething

Tylenol by weight. Motrin by weight. They are best by weight. Ask your pediatrician for dosage
