Hi Sarah, I had CBT a few years ago, which included stuff like (gentle!) exposure therapy, gradually helping me to eat foods not on my "safe" list and dropping safety seeking behaviours that reinforced my anxiety. It was life changing. I have found pregnancy hard because it has triggered it again even though I'd say I was 80% or 90% recovered. But there is hope so please don't lose it. Have you found pregnancy very hard because of it, or are you afraid to get pregnant?
Cure emetophobia? I'm sorry, there won't be anything anybody can say on here that will cure it. I benefited from Cognitive behavioural therapy as mine is linked with some past trauma experiences but don't think I'll ever be 'cured', just better managed. I advice speaking to a GP if if affects your day to day life
