Help!!!

Hey everyone, I’ll be 5 months pp on June 3rd and i’m not sure if my period stopped or if Im pregnant?? Sounds dumb ik but heres the story. Basically I got my period back around 3ish months pp and it was the heaviest most clotty period I ever had in my LIFE. Fast forward to this month (4m pp) and I haven’t gotten my period. There is a possibility of me being pregnant as me and my husband have been going at it pretty intensely 🫠🙃. But when I take a pregnancy test they come back negative. But it’s also too soon since the most recent dates that we’ve had sex to tell if I’m pregnant?? My periods were ALWAYS on time before having my baby girl so what im basically wondering is: did anyone period start then stop pp??? If it helps I ebf my baby and I read that could have something to do with it?? Thank you to anyone in advance 😓😓
