Make low sodium chicken soup and how young is the baby?

I usually make chicken soup with veggies unfortunately don't have all the Ingredients this time. Didn't think he'd get sick again after 3 weeks. He is 10 months on the weekend x

This is a German recipe- so it might sound a bit odd if you’ve only ever used oats for porridge: my mum would make oat and carrot soup when we were under the weather. It’s just a good handful of oats boiled with a bit of stock and grated carrot. I always loved it.

Lots online. I have made a few different ones and freeze portions - they are a great quick lunch and he loves to dip bread!

Mines had tomato soup before, just be mindful of balancing the salt out. They can have 1g a day under the age of 1 🩷 mine loved it 🤣🤣

Thankyou everyone . I didn't have I gradients so I gave a little of the tomato soup and toast and just never gave anything else with any salt .
