Weight gain after stopping breastfeeding
Has anyone had weight gain after stopping breastfeeding, I stopped in March and since then my weight has just been going up when normally it’s always been relatively stable and stays the same. I can’t fit into any of my clothes i could fit into a few months ago and I’m now the heaviest I’ve ever been 😫😭 any ideas

I’m definitely the same. I was a size 6/8 at 4m PP. stopped BF at 6m PP. Now we are 8m o PP I’m easy a 10. Nothing has changed other than stopping feeding. I feel so uncomfortable 😩
No I stopped bf at 3yrs and I didn’t gain weight when I stopped but I’m very active I’m on a calorie deficit and I’m picky w what I eat and drink. I was at my biggest 0-6m pp and has just slowly lost from there
Okay I think this might be happening to me! While I was breastfeeding I lost a ton of weight, like smallest I have ever been. I stopped breastfeeding about 3 weeks ago now and I definitely feel a little different, not as lean as I felt before. I personally don’t weigh myself but I think I can tell I’m a bit bigger. For me, I think I just need to get back into moving more and consciously burning calories since my body is no longer burning +500 calories a day feeding the baby.
