Newborn eye colour
Would love to know what eye colour people think my baby will have. I have brown eyes and my partner has blue eyes. Our son has blue eyes and our daughter has eyes like this. Not sure if it’s too early to tell and this is just the slate grey colour newborn are born with? When my son was born his eyes look dark blue straight away so not sure if this is how brown eyes start

@Chloe honestly can’t tell, I presumed they would be brown as her eyes look dark in the house but when we went out today and her eyes were actually open and look grey but now I’m thinking this is the slate grey babies are just born with, rather than a colour
@Leigh would you consider these are grey blue ? My son has blue eyes and he’s 3 but I remember them being really blue at birth, which is why I thought my daughter would have brown eyes like me, they also look dark when we are indoors which is why I’m thinking they will be brown
My babies eyes look exactly like this too! I’m brown eyed and my partner is blue so I really have no idea!
