I notice that small little white pimples on her back does anyway knows what this could be ?

We’re going through the same thing. I figured heat bumps but there’s more on his stomach and something that looks like a little rash. Now I’m thinking eczema. I’m currently using tubby Todd and will have his doctor check it out on Tuesday at his 4 month appointment
Heat rash?
Every time you give him a bath you can try putting in a little bit of baking soda in the bath water. But it could just be bumps caused from the heat.

Exema! All fragrance free lotions and soaps. Soak in tub every night for no more than ten minutes than apply hydrocortisone and vanny cream on entire body
Could be baby acne or heat bumps. Should go away on its own eventually. But if it concerns you, try Tubby Todd it worked great for my daughter.
