Hi I got my nexplaon out 06/25

I feel like I’m pregnant but I doubt it I have nausea and I’m exhausted all the time I did have withdrawal bleeding for about a week after getting it out but it was a brown color then I’ve only been spotting for two days and I had pink stringy discharge that has now changed to white stringy discharge no period any advice I took a test a few days ago it was negative but I wasn’t supposed to get my period for another day when I tested anyone else experienced this what happened
