Braxton Hicks more common with second + pregnancies?

I don’t remember having Braxton Hicks with my first pregnancy at all but I seem to be having them almost daily with this one. Anyone else?

I’m the exact same, didn’t have them at all with my first but getting them quite often in pregnancy, I’ve seen a few other women saying the same thing as well x

Me too! Only got them right at the end with my first, all the time with my second. I’ve started trying to rest more, asking my husband to take over with more so I can relax on an evening and that’s massively helped to calm them down. I feel like it was my body’s way of saying I’m overdoing it. Prior to that it was all evening, every evening from about 6 - and so uncomfortable!

It keeps making me think labour is starting but I’m only 34 weeks!

This is my first pregnancy & I’ve had them loads for weeks!

I’m the same, only 33 weeks. I spoke to a few friends who have had their second and they said it’s normal and not to worry. I keep saying to my husband I’m not certain this baby is going to get to her due date but tbh I don’t think it really indicates anything other than your body’s done it all before and is getting ready. Xx

I had BH with ny first but I'm having them more and more frequently this time around. I'm 34 weeks now and they are too much. Just your body is getting ready ready for labour

Yup, 4th baby and been frequent and quite strong from 22 weeks. At 32 weeks now and sometimes as much as 1-2 an hour. Xx

I had so many last night I started to think I was going into labour at 34 weeks!
