Anyone else experience this?

Had my dating scan today, baby looks great! The doctor said i do have a small subchronic hematoma, and I could potentially spot. It doesn’t seem like they are worried about the baby, but has anyone else had one before? I did not have this with my first baby.

Hii fellow Minnesotan ❤️ I have a friend who had that during her pregnancy & she did spot a little but her & baby were fine!😊 I wouldn’t stress until there’s something to stress about😊

I had a scan yesterday and was told the same thing! Also didn’t have one in my first pregnancy. I was given progesterone until I’m 16 weeks to prevent any spotting happening xx

Heyyyy Minnesota here too! 🫶🏼 I haven't delt with this but know people who have. Depends on the size of the SCH, but sometimes are told no physical activity or intercourse & that they heal on their own! I would just message your OB and ask if you have any restrictions

Hey! Yeah I have the same thing except I went and got a scan earlier because of spotting They said to just come back for a repeat scan in a couple of weeks but otherwise weren’t concerned

Yes I had one with my first, and it will absorb itself. Nothing to worry about I promise.

I had a fairly large one with my oldest and everything turned out fine. I just rested a bit more and it resolved over a few weeks.

I had a huge one and like gushed blood where I went to the ER and thought for sure I miscarried. But baby was fine, it’s just a pocket of blood between the placenta and uterus I think. So don’t freak out if you bleed, everything will be ok!
