Crying. That’s what’s helping me 😅 but in all honesty, taking a few minutes to decompress from the emotions that you and carrying for yourself and your toddler!
I also cried last night 😂 crying helps. End of the day baths in silence, crying, Sesame Street, ms. Rachel and lots of snacks. That’s how I’m making it at 34 weeks with a 2 year old. You got this!
He was screaming so intensely while I was putting his pjs on (because he didn't want to go to bed) that my husband thought he was hurt. I keep reminding myself that he will have a forever friend here soon, and in a year or so they will keep each other busy. I'm also disassociating. It's a great survival tactic🤣🤣
