Vaginal discharge

How long did it take to stop completely? I’m 5 weeks pp. what I have is super light and basically looks like a little bit of urine on my panties (but not urine) it’s driving me crazy and the moisture is giving me a rash. Is that normal? When does it stop?

Make sure you’re still wearing pads or liners and change them frequently- it’s inconvenient but it helps! I had that too. Then I briefly bled again for a few days and my OB said it was likely the placental scab falling off. Now I’m 6.5 weeks pp and it’s back to the yellow watery discharge. I’ve been told it can last on average between 6 and 10 weeks pp before the postpartum discharge stops and you return to normal pre-pregnancy patterns

Just came to say - girl same. I’m 6 weeks pp. I got worried it was an infection or something I went to the Dr and got tested for UTI, yeast infection, BV, group A & B strep and they were all negative lol so apparently this is normal and ends who knows when 🙃

Same! Mines been on and off. I’m 7w pp and just had sex for the first time a few days ago and it came right back heavier. Now I’m wondering if it’s just my period already back 😭

I’m 6 week pp and still got a liner for some very light red/yellow ish discharge. Just had my pp OB visit and she said this is expected.

Thank you ladies, it’s good to hear it’s normal even though it is super annoying.

@Chloe 10 weeks 🥺🥺🥺… just to check, the pads or liners to help keep the area dry or is there another reason?… sorry if that’s a weird question I’m just curious if there is an additional reason since I still feel wet with or without them on.

Mine stopped around 4wpp. And now I have my first period at 6wpp. 😭

Same!!! It’s so annoying because i stopped the first stage of bleeding early but this is lingering
