@Swapna okay that all sounds brilliant thankyou for sharing your experience ! On terms development my daughter doing well but need bit socialising for her speech development and I am hopeing a childminders will help and it’s nice as it’s small group children in home environment x
Our childminder has been brilliant. Meeting our childminder prehand and explaining our needs explicitly helped. For us it was the convenience i.e. closer to home , cost effectiveness, smaller setting/homely feel, and the childminder's willingness to stick to our routine. However, we are now going to start preschool as our daughter has changed a lot - a bit advanced for her age. Our childminder is really supportive of this and is a testament of how closely we have worked together over the last year. Childcare is a fantastic way to look for options as you can see whether they are an Ofsted provider. Your gut instinct is key.
