Maternity exemption certificate

is your dentist nhs? mines private so still have to pay

but if it is nhs just take it with you :) or take a pic of it

They'll just write down the code from the certificate ☺️ same with prescriptions

With my daughter they took the certificate and photocopied it. With this pregnancy I’m at a different dentist and don’t have my certificate yet but my midwife told me to just tell them I’m pregnant and they shouldn’t charge me. She did say to just call them if there’s any issue and they’ll make sure I don’t have to pay x

I think every dentist is different but definitely make sure you have it with you. Mine sent me a pre-appointment questionnaire and one of the questions on there was whether I was pregnant, then it asked me to put in the exemption code.

They just emailed me mine when I was st my midwife appointment x

When/where did you get your certificate?
