Even if you're under 30 trying to conceive is like trying to roll a 5 or 6 on a dice. You have to be really lucky to roll a 5 or 6 first try. But as you keep rolling the dice a 5 or 6 will come up eventually. Over 30 & it's more like trying to roll a 6. This is why it can take healthy couples up to a year to conceive. So it's frustrating, but totally normal to not be pregnant yet. Good luck, I hope you get your baby soon ❤️

@Bridie I also used Flo to track my cycle and ovulation tests on occasion. It turned out I had an autoimmune disease that was stopping me from falling pregnant, didn't get picked up until I turned 40 & got a full blood test.. 16yrs later 🙄
I’m under the impression it can sometimes take around 3 months or so for your cycle to re-establish. Similar to other methods of contraception. Have you tried tracking your cycle?
