I just bought boots own one last pregnancy. It’s a love/hate I think 🤔 really didn’t do it for me but so many people swear by them!

I borrowed a friend's last pregnancy but it really wasn't for me either. Was almost hurting me more and just making me annoyed and adding to the things I was feeling haha x

Bought elle tens plus from john Lewis for £99

I haven’t ordered one yet but I found on Amazon that you can hire one from 37 weeks. It’s half the price of buying one and includes free shipping when you need to send it back so I think I’ll give that a go x

I ordered mine from Amazon too. It really helped me with my first but understand it isn’t for everyone.

Oh god I love it. I bought mine when I was pregnant with my first back in 2022. It’s helped me in pregnancy and out of it however, I didn’t use it during labour as tbh I was too busy focusing on everything else 😂 I bought mine off Amazon for like £30

Have a look on fb marketplace, or even vinted. I was reluctant to buy one as this is my last pregnancy and I'm not convinced I'll get any benefit from it. One lady was giving one away for free just needed new pads! Edit: only reason I decided to get one was because I'm being induced and my local induction ward only offers paracetamol, codeine and pethidine as forms of pain relief. (I'm allergic to codeine and really don't want pethidine!) So I thought I'd give the tens a try!
