My friend recommended Just Your Ears in Bellevue and I plan on taking my girls there. No guns or needles and they have lots of experience with babies and kids. It’s quite the drive but willing to go for a safe piercing for my little ones
I don’t think you’ll find one, I have been looking for a place to get my 5 year olds’ done and most shops will not take her until she is 6
