Personally haven't started using one yet but I used a urbnfit one from amazon for last pregnancy n will use it for later this pregnancy. As long as the ball is decent quality and isn't going to burst they all work to help with aches n baby positioning all the same just look into what motions and 'exercises' to do for your desired out come ie help lower back pain what not x
Yeh they are basically just yoga/gym balls, nothing special about them but the marketing lol! Just get the right size for your height
I paid a little more and got a bigger thicker stronger one. I am plus size and quite tall
@Sophie I’m also tall and plus size, would you be able to share a link please x
I have tailbone and hip pain, and it makes it worse. Absolutely excruciating.
@Anna I have the same pains especially hips and the ball really helps! I received mine 2 days ago and only started using it yesterday (as you have to wait 24hrs after inflating it) and I've already noticed a huge difference! The aches and pains have reduced! Not sure why you didn't have a good experience with yours
@Meg it was 10 years ago but I got it from eBay! You can choose sizes x
There's honestly not much difference in them and any standard yoga ball will work. Just make sure it's anti-burst. I got mine off Amazon. They do them in Argos too. Also be sure to inflate it properly. Your hips should be above your knees when you're sat on it :) it should be firmer than you think!
