Best soy formula?

We’re thinking my baby has a milk allergy right now. So now I’m wondering what soy formula is best, I know the enfamil plant based is one that got recalled right? He drinks enfamil neuro gentle ease and I’m wondering if we should stick with that brand as well. It’s all overwhelming and I just want my baby boy to stop vomiting.
