Nappy rash/ chicken pox
Hey sounds wierd but has anyone had nappy rash on the little one where is just spots. I’m not sure if it’s a nappy rash or chicken pox but there not anywhere else.

It’s definitely possible for chicken pox to just be in one area but there are also some rashes that look like spots. Chicken pox are usually fluid filled and look like blisters
