Pumping only drawing milk from one side of boob
I use an elvie stride pump and generally rate it but if I pump on the left when I’m particularly full I’ve still got a quarter of my boob that is hard and fill afterwards, like it’s only taking milk from the other side and not touching that section at all. I then have to massage it, do warm compress etc to shift it. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how do you prevent it from happening?

Could be you need a different sized flange on that side? Also have you tried different fitting bras? If your boobs are different sizes then a looser/tighter fit could have an impact on the pump's position

Sounds like you've got a blocked duct. Keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't turn into mastitis
