How did you tell you parents you were pregnant?

i got a scratch ticket of amazon that when they scratch it off it said ‘you’re going to be grandparents’ and a scan picture as i went for an early scan and a baby grow that said ‘baby johnson due 2024’

i framed a sonograph picture for them and wrapped it.

I was at marine corps bootcamp and found out there and they made me tell my parents even though I was 18😭

i did similar to alicia, i brought a scratch paper from etsy and it said guess what at the top and then you scratch it and it said your going to go be a nanny etc

So I had my daughter when I was 19 (now 21 and pregnant again) but I just walked up to my mom with the test and said suprise!! 😂

I wrapped a onesie that said “I love my gamma” my mom thought it was supposed to fit my niece who was 3. Then she realized I was pregnant

I just told my mom sobbing and crying lol I had just found out both times 😭 & my dad I gave him a gift box with a sonogram & little sneakers in it

I was 19 and 12 weeks when I told them. I was so scared to tell them because they are quite traditional and against young pregnancy’s. I prolly did it in the worst way but I got my bf to call them for me 😂 I woulda loved to leave baby shoes on the shoe rack with a card next to it

I got pregnant when I was 17 and I waited for my 12 weeks scan to tell my parents. I just visited them and showed them pictures /videos from my scan☺️ such a happy memory!

I airdropped my mother an ultrasound picture (i was 18) 😄

i told mine in an absolute panic as i’d ridden my usually well behaved horse through the forest with my mum. my horse then took off with me and when she stopped i got off, to which my mum then was urging me to get back on as she will learn the bad habit of if she’s naughty i’ll just let her be done with working but i told her ‘no because i can’t fall off, it would be very bad for me to fall off right now’ and then gave her the *you know* eyes and she just knew 🤣😭 i had only found out the night before so hadn’t really thought about how i’d tell her yet

i found out at my friends house and was freaking out when i found out (i was 16 at the time 22days before my 17th) within the hour of finding out i went straight home pulled the test out my pocket and showed my mum in tears her reaction was well what do you expect when you don’t use protection 😂😂

I gave them scratch card in the garden in the summer to reveal

I was sick everywhere and my mum asked if I was pregnant and that’s how she found out 😂😂😂😂

when i fell pregnant at 18 with my boyfriend of only a few months i text my mum and dad the same message and then turned my phone off for the rest of the night to let them read it take it in and process, said i didn’t want to speak to them if it wasn’t positive. my dad was supportive from day 1 just scared and my mum had a meltdown but it didn’t affect me cos i didn’t have my phone so couldn’t see any of the texts or calls. let them both calm down and they came to me when they were ready x
