Anyone had a Subchorionic Hematoma?

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I found out I have a Subchorionic Hematoma. It's quite big and worrying, I been advised to take progesterone and will have another scan next week. Has anyone had this? I'm stressing out so much right now. Done lots of research last night. Doctor said no sex and to abstain from lifting things. I understand all that part. I'm so stressed I'm going to loose the baby because of this. It seems common, but also a common reason for abortions. Anyone who had this what did you do? What was your experience? Thank you.

I had it too. I wasn't advised to take anything but to just wait until next appt or I had another scan before ob appt, can't rmb. My ob said usually it subsides on its own. Everything was a blur. I totally understand how you feel. I was blaming myself, worrying and crying etc. It subsided by the next follow up so it was a big relief. My manager said she had it when she was pregnant as well, but it still didn't give me much relief. It's experiences that you hear but doesn't give relief until you hear the all clear for you is when you'll stop worrying. I'm all ears of you need someone to chat with ❤️

I had one, found because of bleeding and had an ER / OB visit for it around 13 weeks. My little one is almost a year old now and thriving. 🤍 It was so scary, I’m sorry!

I had one at a 6 week scan and by the 12 week I asked if it was still there and they didn’t even know I had one as it had disappeared on its own, I can’t remember the size of it however but in those 6 weeks I just literally didn’t do a thing, ate well and stayed hydrated, went on to have a healthy pregnancy, wishing you well ❤️

I had it. My baby is now 6 months old. I found out at 8 weeks and stopped around 20 weeks, and would spot if I was stressed. Until 24 weeks all form of bleeding stopped . I didn’t have to take anything as it subsided on its own. I didn’t lift or pull or do anything but work. I was so scared because I thought I would lose the baby. But my on told me the only way that can happen is if the bleed is bigger than the baby along with is position … but it never was.

I had one and had multiple big bleeds week 6-8 and some spotting afterwards. The hematoma resolved itself by week 20. I was on progesterone first trimester. Currently 23 weeks pregnant. I heard many success stories.

I have one now I found out when I was bleeding badly at 5 weeks I’m now 11 weeks and have had multiple bad bleeds an and it’s getting bigger :( I have my 12 weeks scan on Monday so 🤞
