Same, I did not “eat for two”. Drank loads of water, stayed active with walking and regular movement
I was already 75 Kg/165 lbs when pregnant. I completely cut off sugar, had lot of protein and continued carbs as usual. I gained around 8kg out of which baby was 3 kg. I lost the extra weight within a week of delivery.
Didn’t over eat and drank lots of water, walked a lot too x
Yes, I put on no extra weight and it was just by eating the exact same as I did, I didn’t feel as though I needed to eat more than I was previously xx
