Maternity photo shoot?

I’m having my first child at the end of March and am considering doing a maternity (and then later newborn) photo shoot. However, I’m wondering if I should spend the money on something like that as I’m saving for many other expenses that come with a new baby. I’ve heard that “no one regrets doing it but many mothers regret NOT doing it.” Has anyone done one or know of anyone that is moderately priced in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area? Or if maybe you’ve done just a phone photo shoot and it worked out? Thank you!!!

Always worth it😅 as a momma and a photographer I can attest that those photos you will always cherish!! My biggest regret was not doing newborn or fresh 48 photos. Oh I did it when I was 28 weeks pregnant and so glad I did!!! I was also hesitating but then thought I’d definitely regret it if I didn’t go for it! If you don’t want to spend money you can actually find home photo shooting ideas online - with the help of AI photo editing apps like Photoroom or Meitu you can certainly get photos that look fabulous for almost zero cost!
