What kind of pillow do you (not baby) use?

I have a regular pillow, it’s none of the above. The filling is like, the white stuff that looks like puffed cotton. But since it’s 2024 I’d guess that the white puffy stuff is a synthetic material.

Any feelings on pillows that are ideal for neck and upper back? Should you put a pillow under your knees if you sleep on your back

I have a latex pillow and it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought. Smells a bit like a balloon when you first get it but after a couple of days the scent disappears.
