How long to go without feeling baby?

I'm 20 weeks as of tomorrow and I've been feeling my baby since I was 16 weeks, it kicks every night or some sort of movement. I haven't felt anything tonight (or at all today) , tried cold water, tried sugar (which usually works). My midwife said that there wouldn't be a regular pattern until I was at least 24 weeks but I've had a regular patern of movement up until now. I don't know if I should call triage because I'm only 20 weeks, I also have my 20 week scan on Monday and I'm not sure if I should just wait until then to see if the baby is OK.

I was told 24/26 weeks for regular movement but if you’re worried I’d say ring triage they can’t monitor you because it’s too early but they can quickly check their heartbeat with a Doppler

I was also told 24 weeks for regular movement but I contacted my midwife expressing some concern recently (21 weeks) and she said always call triage no matter what stage of pregnancy if you’re worried! Hope you’re okay :)

This happened to me earlier this week, and I phoned triage and they were great checked heartbeat if you’re worried always best to make sure x

This happened to me and I rang triage and they saw me and listened to baby straight away! x

When I was pregnant with my first I was 20 weeks & I had Covid & I didn’t feel him moving for a while so I phoned the hospital & they said that they are still so tiny at that gestation so they tend to hide & all was ok. I think I would need the reassurance & I would give them a call.
