@Stacey thank you 💕
@Angelika your welcome it will get easier the more you do it
Baby needs a happy mama- enjoy yourself and make the most it xx
@Zee thank you 💗
Just think of it as it being good for your mental health, everyone needs a break, as much as sometimes we don’t want to! We need too! And if that helps your mental health then Happy mum=happy baby! Your baby is not gonna remember or hate you for being away for a few hours, think of it as it would be the same as leaving to go to work, going shopping or something else you need to do, you feel guilty because you think it’s wrong! But if it was something that was normalised or something such as leaving baby to get work done, you wouldn’t feel as bad! the baby doesn’t know what you’re going out doing, and you’ll get a well deserved you time! You still need to be a person out side of being a parent! You matter too❤️
@Rhyeun thank you so much 🧡
I applaud you! First time I went out 2 months pp and didn’t do it again til after my son was over a year old. I only recently started going out for hair cuts and nails about a month ago. My son is almost 2 I personally hate leaving him. Good luck! 🍀
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ thank you! We shall see how it goes!
@Angelika I’m Sure you’ll be fine. I personally don’t have anyone but my sister I fully trust to look after my son
@Christina🤱🏼🍂☕️♈️ same here I only have my aunt so it would be a rare event either way !
Everyone goes through this it's normal but you need to remember you need this and you deserve this. The first time I left my little girl it was over night. I left her for over 24hrs but it was fine and it made me feel good that i had time for myself.
