It helps me stay on my side during the night. They are the comfiest things ever. As soon as I found out I was pregnant again it was an excuse to get it back down from the loft. 🤣

@Natalie oh I get it now ! It’s to help stop you from rolling over on to your back in the night ?? They do look so comfy ! I’ll have to get one 😂x

My boyfriend just got me one and can confirm it’s the comfiest thing! I was out like a light and stayed on my side all night

They’re mainly use to just tell you get comfy when you’re bigger, especially if you suffer from pelvic girdle pain and sciatica. Mine never kept me on my side though, but staying in 1 position for ages isn’t recommend anyway

Mines helps support me by keeping me on my side for the most part (I still occasionally wake up on my back but I just roll back over) and also putting the front part of it between my legs to keep my hips properly aligned so help prevent pelvic pain. I’m not a side sleeper naturally Iv always been a back sleeper so switching to my side came with all sorts of pains 😖

Oh I wouldn't be without mine! Always been a side sleeper and always been one to bundle up the covers and cuddle them..my partner was very happy when I got my pillow and stopped hogging the covers, and it's really helpful with pelvic girdle pain too

Helps keep your pelvis/ hips aligned to prevent pelvic pain and back pain as well as keeping you on your sides.

Any recommendations on pillows they have?

I’ve ordered one from Amazon you’ve all convinced me 😂❤️

I recently got one as a gift and although it’s super cosy I’m waking up every morning with such a stiff upper back which I think is from lying in the same position all night? Mine is an F shape and there is a big bit that goes behind my back so I can’t roll over! I naturally alternate between left and right side sleeping anyway so I don’t know if I need that bit, I might swap for one that only supports the belly and legs. Not sure if anyone’s experienced something similar or if your back gets used to it?

@Lucie I have the dreamgenii one and it's good, not too big like other ones and made to keep you on your left side.
