2 weeks post partum c section tightness

Is anyone else getting a tightness feeling to one side of their scar. Mine is to the right and sometimes all along. As if I have rubbed it with a towel but haven’t done. It feels as if my skin is stretching. I shower once a day and only use water on the wound. But drying I have been using a small towel bit rubbing just patting and a hairdryer. Today I used kitchen paper and patted dry. Tia
