Blocked fallopian tubes - surgery?

I am gearing up for embryo transfer #3 and I'm wondering, as I have blocked fallopian tubes, if any toxic liquid could be leaking from them to prevent embryos implanting. Should I consider tubal ligation (clipping or tying fallopian tubes shut) to prevent this? How do I tell if there may be fluid leaking out? Anyone had surgery to remove or clip their fallopian tubes? Did it help you conceive? Equally, anyone not had surgery with blocked fallopian tubes and had a successful pregnancy? I'm keen to hear from you!!

Do you mean like a hydrosalpinx? They found this on one of my ultrasounds when looking for para ovarian cysts. Not surgery yet. But my surgeon did mention that if there is fluid in the fallopian tubes pregnancy cannot occur on that side. I have no experience with ivf, etc.
