Baby’s heart rate

Hi all Looking for a bit of reassurance if you can give any! Baby’s heart rate has been around 140 at most of my appointments - had another midwife appointment today and it was only 126. I know that’s still in the normal range but the drop has got me worried! Midwife said it was fine but I don’t know if that’s just because it’s in the usual range. Anyone else seen a drop the further along they are? I’m 36 weeks at the end of this week.

Mine dropped to around 130 from 150 and then at the next appt was back up to 150, apparently it’s normal xx

I get ctg monitors every two weeks and in a space of 30 minutes it can go between 120-170 all completely normal x baby could have just been sleeping / resting . When my baby moves on the monitor it’s usually around 160/170 and when she is not kicking it’s 120-140 x

It’s within normal and as the baby’s cardiac system matures there is a natural lowering of the heart rate when resting. Other factors influence the heart rate such as movement etc. It’s absolutely nothing to worry about.

Same here. Mine has always been between 130-140, was 116 on the growth scan this week. Sonographer wasn’t concerned though so I guess it’s normal 🤷‍♀️
