Anxious about baby’s development

Anxious about baby’s development Hi everyone, i have a 15 week old and ever since she was a few weeks old I’ve been incredibly anxious about her development. It stems from her having severe reflux since 2 weeks old which we eventually managed to get a CMPA diagnosis when she was 9 weeks old, however prior to that I was unable to do much tummy time with her due to how much pain she would be in. Over the last month I have started to introduce it more, however it’s still a battle! Today we had a health visitor round who expressed concern at my girls disinterest and inability to roll. I had already been worrying about this, however now I’m just distraught that I’ve completely stunted my little ones development. I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance from any mums who have been in a similar position and their little ones have been okay and not massively behind? I try not to put too much pressure on milestones but today I’ve been made to panic!

I wouldn't worry! My baby was the same I hated doing tummy time because my LG would be in so much pain or is sick within 1 minute. I found that tummy time on me or her dad helped with neck muscle etc. My LG wasn't rolling til 4 months and has only just started rolling front to back and she is 6 and half months old. Try a tummy time pillow and toys. Please don't worry my HV told me the average age for rolling is 6 months

My girl is 15 weeks too and showing no signs of rolling! She also hates tummy time due to a bad belly (also cmpa) She can hold her head up and we are trying to introduce more tummy time now but I’m not going to force her 🤷🏼‍♀️ All baby’s are different and will get there in their own time

Try not to worry, every child is different and will do things in their own time/when they are ready. I'm in the same boat, my LG has got a potential cows milk allergy, we have dietician next week. She also isn't keen on tummy time and struggled to roll. If I start her off she can do it but has no interest in doing it on her own. She will be 4 months on the 17th. She prefers to be sitting up or doing tummy time on a pillow for a short time. Try not to worry x
