Divorce & moving to another state

Girls I need advice, I'm in a crisis here... My ex lives with his parents they babysit my son( free) I have filed for divorce and they are turning my son against me ( 3 years old) everytime he sees me he freaks out doesn't want to come home with me.. and cries it breaks my heart seeing my baby like that. I want him out f that household we live in Fl and want to move out state. Can I do this while divorce in process? I filed myself so don't have attorney. I feel like I'm loosing my kid and I did this to myself for leaving him with them . Please any advice or experience . Even a word of encouragement would help I feel like I'm drowning

I’m so sorry, that’s horrible. I don’t know if you can leave the state, but you can certainly have him with you more often. Don’t leave the state without getting advice from an attorney. The risk is that it could potentially be held against you in court.

Talk to an attorney. Try to get as much parenting time as possible. If you and your spouse are both working, try to get him to agree to a daycare and you split the costs. Say you don’t feel like his parents place is a good environment for them

Also in-laws will turn on their daughter in laws once your separating so you can’t trust them

When you're going through a divorce, you cannot leave the state that you live in until the divorce is finalized because the child is involved. Keep documents of everything and let them know how he freaks out when anytime he sees you and everything and that you do not want him in that home And I would get full legal physical custody And make it to where he has no parental rights and no visitation .
