Does the anxiety ever go?

I had my 20 week scan on Friday and baby girly was laying funny so we have to go back in a few weeks as they couldn’t finish all the checks they needed to. I have been to the midwife twice as I’ve been worried she’s moving less than normal and I feel like I’m going crazy 😫 I saw her two days ago and all was fine she’s healthy and strong but today I can’t help thinking she’s moving less again.. I do have an anterior placenta, just constantly worried 😧 anyone else?

Yes.. I'm worried little bot has been moving less, but I don't know if being silly because they say there's no pattern really until 24 weeks I think? I am anterior placenta also x

That’s what my midwife said to me too that it can be between 24-32 Weeks before a regular movement pattern x

I feel the same. My first pregnancy i had an anterior placenta and didn’t feel baby until after 20 weeks and i really struggled with feeling movements right to the end. Baby was also small. The only pattern i noticed was he would always move around 10 in the evening. There are a few things you can do, drink a cold glass of water or lye down and concentrate on baby around a time they usually might move. it’s also only early days yet for movement so hopefully it will get easier to identify the bigger baby gets :) For me i was anxious right up until the end and feeling the same with this baby. I can’t offer anything to take the worry away but lots of us in the same boat! You can also get checked in the hospital if you feel really worried, any time i did baby would kick away like a trooper lol!

I was very anxious the other day as my baby hasn’t moved throughout the day. I jsut cried and cried as I was so nervous. I was then seen by a midwife at my local hospital and she found a heartbeat straight away! My little bean has been on the move ever since 😅🤦🏼‍♀️
