Words can’t describe how PISSED I AM!!!!!!!! he came to me with these bruises from his dads! Dad claims there’s no bruise and he came back unharmed SO EXPLAIN TO ME HIS THE FUCJ HE GET THESE BRUISES! They don’t just pop up! My son says he didn’t fall or accidentally hit himself he told me dad hit him when I asked were he pointed to his eye and lips!!! The cps ruled out a case that should have been looked at!!!! Cuz they basically allowed him to go back just by ruling out the case.! I can’t stand seeing my baby look like this! He screamed bloody murder because he didn’t want to go to school:(

Omggg mamaa I fell and understand your pain! He should not be going back to his dads unsupervised or at all if you think he’s safety is at risk!

@Winnie we have a temporary protection order as of now and have a hearing on the 6 th the family court also know and cps is involved again he also told the police what happened

Poor bubba, he looks like my middle son🤗 Makes me sick to my stomach that some parents get away with treating their children like that, and then covering it up. Please tell me the hearing went in your favour and that he is safe?

@Shirene they didn’t bring evidence to the protection order hearing and they didn’t show up to the custody hearing so that was dismissed

@Shirene the protection order hearing was reset but I did file another temporary order to help with the protection

@Jazmine oh ok. I’m not from the U.S so not too familiar with the law regarding child ab/ protection over there, but just hoping it’s taken seriously
