By date. Mondays are his weeks but the 16th is a month for us. That being said his 2 months pic was done 3 days late anyway 😅

I do the picture by the weeks then on his date I post it.

12 weeks isn’t 3 months. Only February has 4 weeks, all the other months are more than 4 weeks! You use the date. If you counted weeks they would be 12 months before their first birthday.
