Definitely not the asshole! That’s most definitely on him! My brother is dealing with his baby momma and she does the same thing and court couldn’t do anything about it since they couldn’t “prove” she got the paperwork so now my brother and his lawyer have the sheriff’s office delivering it to her so they never have that problem again and she’s also doing this with her soon to be ex-husband so she’s known to just skip court if it’s not delivered to her personally
