I’m nearly 13 weeks and I’m the same.. it’s getting better but I survived off toast, cereal, plain pasta and sometimes porridge if I could get over the texture and how it looked 😂 I’ve had a bolognaise tonight and I’ve managed to stomach it.. it does get better x
I’m the same in 9+5 im currently living on rice and cheese. Not the healthiest diet but it’s all I can keep down
Have you tried fruit? I don’t really fancy it but a number of times a crisp apple, or some raspberries have gone down a treat. I also like cheese, just cheddar or cheese spread on crackers. Hope you get your appetite back soon, it’s just rubbish when you’re like that!
I am exactly the same! Im 12 weeks and every food just makes me feel sick!🤢 I don’t even have a food I can consistently eat one day I’m fine with it the next I can’t stand the smell. I’m just hoping it will get better 🤞🏻
