Feeding a food critic 😂🥴

Anyone else feel so defeated when feeding your baby? My little one is like a critic for a Michelin star restaurant. Safe to say I feel like im always getting 0 stars but the dog is loving life. So much so the vet said shes put on 2lbs cos it all ends up on the floor. 😂 I dont even cook this well for myself. Anyone have any tips of how I can encourage my little one to be less of a diva?

Literally I could have written this. The amount of time I spend checking recipes and cooking for her not even for myself. I don't have a dog so the floor is just getting yummier and yummier. I don't even know how to feel sometimes I feel so sad tho 🤣🤣🤣

This is hilarious and I can so relate 😫😆 don't have a dog either but my kitchen floor looks like a art piece every day! I would say since weaning at 6 months, she's gone from flat out refusing to eat anything but fruit to finally trying and liking some veg this week🙌🏾 she still doesn't like potatoes! Who doesn't like potatoes!?!?!😲 I would keep trying just offering a variety of foods and textures and eventually she will like more. Is there anything specific she likes atm? My LG will eat bread products and pasta atm so I will give her at least 1 of those things every day to make sure she's having something she likes. Also when I say "eat" lol I mean loosely! She's still just sucks on the toast/bagel/crumpet until she's got all the butter out and then takes teeny bites and spits them out. She's still not chewing properly but she has improved compared to what she was like a few weeks ago. So hang it there it will get better 💜

I also found eating with the baby helps so we always have breakfast and lunch together sometimes dinner as she eats earlier but eating/mimicking eating what she's eating sometimes encourages babies to try more. Also just letting her play with the food. Prep it leave it on her high chair let her play, get messy thats how my LG started trying herself.

My son is the same, sometimes he gets big bites at the first, happy, but because he can't chew them properly, he vomits everything 😭 so I have very limited choices with solids, unless I do purees. He eats very well at the nursery though! Possibly eating with other childs encourages him.

Following as the same… my LB only likes fruity things and the odd veg
