Help!

I know this may seem so silly (first time anxious mum) lol. Me and my partner have had jarred hotdogs for tea with some cheese jalapeños poppers which I didn’t realise had soft cheese in and now I’m freaking out as I’ve googled it and it says you shouldn’t eat either😞help!

Hi Mia, try not to worry too much. You can eat most cheese, even soft ones, it’s says on google You're safe to eat some milk and dairy foods, including: All hard cheeses, such as cheddar, Parmesan or Gruyere. Pasteurised semi-hard and soft cheeses, such as cottage cheese, mozzarella, feta, paneer, ricotta, halloumi, cream cheese, cheese spreads, or goat's cheese without a white coating on the outside (rind)22 May 2024 Hope this helps xx

Were they heated up? most things I’ve read about these things is that if they are heated thoroughly then it should kill off any bacteria we are at risk of. I’m sure it’s fine but you could always contact your midwife for peace of mind 😊

@Hayley yeah everything was heated xxx

I’ve been eating cheesecakes😂

I believe as long as its pipping hot you should be fine x
