Rubbish appetite
My little one still has such a rubbish appetite. I keep offering food and eating alongside him but it’s so unenjoyable. He just moans and refuses to eat 99% of the time and I have to rush my food.
I’m at a loss what to do because surely he need to eat!?

@Sita I really hope mine does, it’s so disappointing to make him food only for him to squeeze it in his hands or throw it on the floor
Does he drink a lot of milk? Little ones can get caught in a vicious circle where they drink a lot of milk so they’re not as hungry, don’t each much food and develop an iron deficiency, which in turn reduces their appetite. So it might be worth getting his iron levels checked.
@Sophie he doesn’t drink any cows milk, only in cereal etc. He does however still comfort feed alllllllll night so that could possibly be it, not so much in the day anymore though thankfully. I hadn’t thought about iron levels so I might contact health visitor or GP for advice. Thankyou x
