Honestly just eat whatever you can! I eat a lot of super noodles at the moment because it’s all I can eat after 5pm! As long as I’m eating something that’s all that matters. As soon as you feel better then try and eat healthier but just do your best, it’s all we can do ❤️
Hey, this was me to begin with, but I found that once I was sick in the morning, I had to eat a decent breakfast (quite carby like 2 x toast, 2 x eggs, mushrooms), and then eat a meal at least the size of a sandwich every 2 hours. Otherwise, I’d be bed bound and unable to keep food down. Don’t get me wrong it’s EXHAUSTING eating so often but it’s the only thing that helps. Little and often/crackers etc never helped me.
I'm living on potato/pizza/pasta/cheese and have been for the last 7 weeks. You gotta do what works for you.
If it’s all you can keep down keep eating it, just make sure you are really good at taking your vitamins 😊 last couple weeks of the first trimester hopefully you will feel better soon!
