How do you manage emotions during last trimester?

I’m 34 weeks. Overwhelmed by the amount of things to do before delivery. Second trimester felt more in control, but now it’s a different story. How do mommas manage their emotions during the last trimester?

Cry then take a nap then do the things that need done. You're growing a human from scratch, it's exhausting and heavy and your hormones are all out of wack. You're not broken, your body is working overtime. Rest is productive.

I did not 😂 I was the most depressed I’ve ever been in the last trimester of my first pregnancy and cried just about everyday the last few weeks of my second. I did a lot of meditation and talked a lot with my husband about how I was feeling which helped substantially but never really put me completely at ease

Napped a LOT. Asked for a lot of help. Made lists to delegate. But honestly, baby boy was born and not everything got done and it was all okay anyway. You need REST! Pregnancy can be brutal

This is helpful, napping is a good idea. I’m not really sleeping well anymore. Thanks, ladies!
