Food/Snacks

What r some good filling snack ideas? For some reason I feel like I feed my child a lot of the same things, and I would like to hear some of the food options you are offering your babies for snacks? Maybe even lunch ideas that could possibly be snacks too.

Following because I swear all my baby eats during the day is yogurt melts, bananas, blackberries and those little puree pouches That’s the entirety of her diet during the day

I did yogurt mixed with peanut butter this morning!! She loves the teething wafers. Those are really good. I also give her 1 or 1 Cheeto puffs. Veggie straws are good. Toast with peanut butter. Raspberries through out the day. Cheese quesadillas quick and easy. Sometimes I let her take bits of my buttered noodles.

@Rosemary McMurray You dont have any issues with the melted cheese? Ive tried to give hr quesadillas and it all clumps together in her mouth and she gags on it. Not sure if my LO is just struggling with that or maybe idk how to cook quesadillas lol

@Kiley I honestly just melt it in the microwave lol. But I cut them into strips and then rip them up for her. I have horrible anxiety so I still somewhat hand feed her unless it’s either pasta or something she’s really good at. What kind of cheese to you use? We use velveeta slices.

At home, always fruit or veggies. On the go, cheerios is a new one that's been convenient just make sure no honey. Graham crackers. A banana, he holds it now lol ritz crackers. Cheesesticks. Or grapes cut in quarters.

I steam a bunch of veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and give that to her over several days. Yogurt with peanut butter or almond butter, bananas, cucumbers, hummus, and she’s obsessed with berrries. Otherwise the teething crackers or pick me sticks on the go. I also boiled apples and planned to give those over a few days but she devoured them in 2 days lol
