Mashed raspberries in porridge or yogurt. Baked apple with cinnamon (peeled before cooking, mashed after cooking) - he LOVES this.
My baby won't touch a banana but will happily eat it mushed into porridge or yoghurt. I did this with most fruits tbh as she was so suspicious of them at first.
Fruits and berries I mash into porridge. I juice an orange and put it in his yogurt. I also cook an apple and put it in his porridge, as well as mashing a banana in there sometimes too 😅 basically, porridge. Alternatively, I make pancake/waffle batter and add blended fruit to it.
I sometimes mash it into yoghurt maybe that could help? Xx
