I generally freeze then so I have enough to make banana chocolate chip cookies
Never thought to freeze it I should have worded it better. I meant we could share ideas on repurposing foods so they don't get wasted but I'll take the extra idea on the banana too haha

Banana pancakes slaps
I just make banana pancakes. My LO loves it. Banana, oats, egg and some cinnamon powder.
Banana bread
You can freeze them for later. I also make banana blueberry oat muffins and banana oat pancakes or a mini loaf with banana egg and peanut butter. You could even make homemade banana ice cream! Or use them to sweeten plain yogurt. They’re all honestly so good! Or just type in on instagram recipes to get rid of ripe bananas :)
Fried plantains
I loveee making banana bread with my overripe bananas
I looooooooove banana bread I’m allergic to raw bananas (latex allergy with cross reactivity), but I have always loved me on banana bread 😍
Mind you I tried to freeze bananas cut up in a ziplock bag, they lasted me about 3 months before they went dark !
Smoothies
Frozen mashed bananas can be eaten like ice cream.
Freeze it. Then when you have enough overripe bananas I make a banana bread/loaf.
